| 1. Facts of the week: 7 professional web site
promotion tools in one |
| We've released a major update
to the top-rated web site promotion tool IBP. Even if you
already own another web site promotion software tool, IBP 3
can help you to improve your results.
IBP 3 features 7 professional tools in one software
program. It helps you with all important aspects of search
engine optimization and web site promotion. Among the
highlights are:
- The next generation search engine submission
tool
Many tools can automatically submit your web
site to the search engines. In contrast to other tools, IBP
3 does not simulate a web browser but uses a real
(invisible) one. Submitting your web site with IBP 3 is
exactly the same as submitting your web site manually by
hand - but you save a lot of time and you can be sure it's
100% the way the search engines want it.
- Finally: submit to Internet directories
semi-automatically
Unlike other web site
promotion tools, IBP 3 even allows you to submit your web
site to Internet directories.
Normally, submissions
to directories cannot be automated but IBP 3 offers you a
clever semi-automatic submission feature: IBP fills out as
much of the submission form as possible, you just select the
best category and click the Submit button. Finally, you can
save a lot of time submitting your web site to Internet
directories such as Yahoo, Open Directory Project
(dmoz.org), LookSmart and dozens of other
directories.
IBP even allows you to submit your web
site to search engines that require a validation code, for
example AltaVista or AllTheWeb.
- Improve your link popularity by submitting to
special interest sites
This is another unique
feature you can only find in IBP 3: submit your web site to
industry-specific directories and benefit from targeted
traffic and improved link popularity.
- The Top 10 Ranking Optimizer
tool
IBP 3 not only submits your web site but it
also covers the important step before: optimizing and
preparing your web site before submitting it to the search
engines.
A search engine optimization method that
really works is to analyze the web pages that currently have
a high ranking for your important keyword. IBP's Top 10
Ranking Optimizer tool helps you to get top 10 rankings for
your own site. This is a unique feature that's only
available in IBP.
- Analyze the keyword density of your web
pages
Some search engines penalize web sites that
use the same keyword over and over on their pages to get a
high rank for that keyword ("keyword stuffing"). IBP's
keyword density analyzer helps you to find the right keyword
density for your web pages.
- Track your search engine rankings over
time
IBP 3 checks the position of your web site
on all important search engines with a search engine
friendly ranking check tool.
- Professional reports in PDF, HTML, text and MS
Word format
IBP 3 creates professional reports as
PDF documents, web pages, plain text files or even MS Word
documents. If you promote web sites for clients, you can
easily remove all references to IBP in the reports,
customize the reports to your company design and sell the
reports to your clients.
We're confident that you'll get better results with IBP 3
than with any other web site promotion software tool on the
market today. So if you already own another promotion software
tool, click here to find out why IBP is better than
other tools.
With the all new IBP 3, you'll get 7 professional web site
promotion tools in one software program that help you to get
more visitors, more customers and more sales.
Download the free Lite edition now and see
for yourself. IBP 3 is the next generation web site promotion
software tool for the success of your web site.

| 2. Search engine news of the
week |
Google rolls out keyword conversion
tool
"Google on Thursday introduced a new tool to allow its
150,000 keyword advertisers to track conversions from the
clicks they receive on their Google ads. [..]
I suspect the main thing Google might do is watch to see
if they can determine that clicks are converting well beyond
what they cost. If so, they might decide to up minimum bids
on certain terms."
AOL renews Google deal
"has expanded its agreement with Google and shored up its
own AOL Search capabilities with new query options and
navigation tools. "
Bug in Google's ranking algorithm
"Because of a bug in Google's software [..] Google's
search engine essentially crashes when it hits certain
combinations of words.
Google spokesman Nathan Tyler acknowledged this week that
the company has found a bug that it is working on, but he
declined to elaborate.
ExactSeek teams with Alexa
Search engine ExactSeek now uses Alexa data in its
ranking algorithm. "User popularity is a far more reliable
indicator of where web sites should rank and gives the
surfing public some input on the search results they see."
said Jayde Online CEO, Mel Strocen.

Google IPO push gathers momentum
"Industry experts believe the popular search engine could
be just months away from a stock exchange listing, given the
likelihood of greater competition from Microsoft in the paid
search advertising market."
Interview with Google news
creator
"A year after its launch, the computer-generated
aggregator is still taking flak for how it defines news.
But Krishna Bharat has had the satisfaction
of seeing growing acceptance of his news site. In
a Q&A with OJR, he explains how things work
behind the screens, and why he calls the site 'a force for
democracy.'"
Are search engines confusing
surfers?
"We think it's very important that the FTC keep close
watch on the search engines to ensure that they are not
deceiving the American public by failing to disclose that
ads are ads."

| As mentioned above, we've
released an all-new version of our web site promotion tool
Internet Business Promoter (IBP).
This is what a customer wrote us after the release of
version 3 last week:
"I just bought the program yesterday and I am VERY
impressed. Being in the web business since 1995 I have used
just about everything there is to promote and maintain my
positions in the search engines.
Currently, I use about 4 different programs to obtain
all of the information the IBP gave me in a matter of
seconds. I was blown away by the amount of concise
information in a very user friendly format that was given to
me so quickly.
This program is going to save me hours upon hours of
time analyzing my competitors sites and positions in the
search engines. With the addition of a search engine
submission tool with the new 3.0, my life just got even
easier. It's the best money I have spent on web software in
years!" Kelly Nation,
